Request deletion of Cerno data
To request deletion of data associated with a hosted Cerno session, email privacy.cerno@rapki.com with the subject line “Cerno data deletion.”
Include any details that can help us locate your hosted session. Do not include an API key, password, payment information, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request.
You can delete data stored only on your device at any time in Cerno: Settings → Reset all local data. This also deletes an optional API key stored by the App on that device.
